Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Radio Donya website, mobile application, streaming service, or any related content (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Donya Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) from the United States.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All audio streams, podcasts, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, software, and other materials available through the Service are owned by Donya Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access to the Service without permission.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

Radio Donya offers paid subscription plans that unlock the live stream and full show archive, along with a limited free trial for new listeners in our mobile apps.

• Where you subscribe. Subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Our mobile apps let you sign in and listen; they do not sell subscriptions inside the app — any purchase or plan change is completed on our website.
• Free trial. New listeners in the app may receive a limited free trial (currently 3 days). When it ends, continued listening requires a paid subscription unless you qualify for free regional access.
• Free regional access. Listeners located in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan may access the live stream free of charge.
• Availability. The Service is subject to music licensing and sanctions requirements and may be unavailable in certain countries and regions.
• Auto-renewal and cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for your selected plan (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing, changes and taxes. Current plans and prices are shown on our Plans page and may change from time to time; changes will not affect your current billing period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable; cancelling stops future charges.

You may choose to support Radio Donya with a voluntary one-time donation, processed securely by Stripe. Donations are a gift, not a payment for goods or services. They are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donya Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
